The Challenge

The Challenge aims to encourage you to cycle more often, creating cycling habits that will last over time, making you more active, happier and healthier.

It’s easy to take part!

• Register on this website
• Log your cycle trips each month
  
• If you encourage others to take part and they sign-up we will send you a pair of cinema tickets to enjoy a film for free!
  

By logging your cycle trips regularly, you will be able to:

• Keep track of the distance you’ve cycled
• See the amount of calories you’ve burned
• Estimate the amount of Co2 you’ve saved by cycling rather than using the car.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly the miles and calories you’ve burned build up!
